About Zambia

Zambia is a peaceful country that attained independence in 1964 and there has been no war, it commonly referred to as the Peace Haven of Africa. It is a large, landlocked, resource-rich country with sparsely populated land in the center of Southern Africa.

Zambia shares borders with Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania and Zimbabwe.
